Welcome to the homepage of the BioXTAS research team. Here you will be able to follow our research in protein structual analysis using Small Angle Scattering X-ray (SAXS) and micro fluidic Total Analysis Systems.

The project was lauched in 2006 as a collaboration between the University of Copenhagen, the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and NovoNordisk. Kindly supported by the Danish Government (NABIIT), the BioXTAS project is so far scheduled to run until 2010.

RAW available for download

 

We are pleased to announce that our high throughtput 2D reduction, manipulation and analysis software BioXTAS RAW is available for download here. The software enables much faster manipulation and analysis of several SAXS datasets with isotropic data than other software available and is fully open source (published under the GPL license). Users can modif, extend and cut out code as they see fit and use it in their own software if they also make their source code publicly available.
